WHOOOOOHO!!!
For the past three years, I've been trying off and on to get C and C++ to work for me, but could never get even "Hello World" to work out quite right. But lo and behold, last night when I was taking a study break I decided to check out this 'Ruby' thing I kept hearing about, and the very first thing I tried worked like a charm! This means that in a few years I should be able to do some coding for my own mud project, which has been in the conceptual design stage for a while now. Granted right now I'm too busy to do much more than throw up the occasional idea for my mud, but by the time I have time to really seriously code, I should have a pretty damn good world set up. That's all. Sorry, I just couldn't contain my joy |
