This is a discussion on "Two MUDs. One online." in the Top Mud Sites Tavern of the Blue Hand forum : I have two MUDs right now. Since the MUD base is kind of huge, I can only afford to keep one online at any given time. Trying to figure out which one to keep online has been a struggle. Right now, I am working online with Transgenesis but offline I have been working rather satisfactorally on a MUD based on the Cthulhu mythos. So which would you rather see? 1. Something original. 2. Something Lovecraft.... |

Two MUDs. One online.
I have two MUDs right now. Since the MUD base is kind of huge, I can only afford to keep one online at any given time. Trying to figure out which one to keep online has been a struggle. Considering how many MUD's are already out there using "borrowed" IP's my vote goes towards original work. It's an interesting concept, seems very Shadowrun to me which is always plus. Yay for cyberpunk.

Best bet would be to go with the one that has the larger, more active player base. And I mean active in player feedback and storyplot suggestions.
