This is a discussion on "Forum Posting Rule." in the Top Mud Sites TMS Announcements and Feedback forum : The following FAQ item is an early version of the posting rules. I'm sure it will be revised some, but this lays out the overall goal of our rules: TMS Forum Rules The rules are intentionally short. We could go into dozens of pages trying to define terms like "abusive" and "attack" and still have gaps and flaws for anyone inclined to dig into them. Our goal here is to promote and discuss MUDs, let's try to keep it to that. To paraphrase Brody's post from earlier, some things may get left that should be snipped and some things may even be snipped that on later reflection should have been left. No community or community management is perfect, please give us the benefit of the doubt while we find the right balance to further the overall purpose of the site. Thanks!
