And now he left the game and we need to update info about game, official site was changed from helliconia.net to
helliconia.com and IP adress now 217.10.9.41 ,port 9000
I'm, admin helliconia.com. Pls tell us what kind of actions we must peform to get password from Yilan account or transfer helliconia mud from his account to mine.

I'm assuming you want to be put in charge of Helliconia Mud on TMS? I'm guessing you need to mail Lasher here: http://www.topmudsites.com/forums/sendmessage.php
