Currently all homeland areas have been created, and we are now just seeking to replace stock areas with all original areas.  

Those wishing to build should be able to:

1) Read and follow COTD's building guidelines.
2) Create a dynamic area by utilizing room/mob/object programs to bring a area to life with quests.
3) Complete at least 5 room descriptions a week.
