Yet Another Mud List!? No. Not yet another one. I'm coming here to bring you a new addition to the MudBytes site. And definitely not the only one! We are not one of those over night decisions to start a Mud Listing... well, we are, but that was a couple months ago! We have been in steady development of it ever since. This is simply another way to advertise your text based game. We hold no grudges against which uber elite hosting company you're with. We don't hate you because you're a commercial, pay-to-play MUD, or a pay-for-perks MUD. The only people we will not allow to post, are those who break licenses. Oh, right, the subject :p We offer -FREE- banner rotations on our site. The dimensions are
250px width, and 80px height. They can be nifty animated GIFs or your fanciest JPEGs :p. Got more than one mud? Well! Guess what? We have support for as many MUDs as you own (as long as they are separate MUDs. No sense having two listings for one MUD.) Each has the ability for their own banner.

We beefed up several of the other systems as well. We now have a much more advanced search engine for the MUD List as well as the Code Repository. Many esthetical changes have made their way into Version 2 of MudBytes. You can now view source files directly from our site with syntax highlighting.

Our Code Repository boasts, currently 652 files and archives. We of course want more! Swing by, if you have that one beautiful snippet, feel free to upload! We support code updating, because bugs happen. A new system has been implemented so moderators and admins are alerted to submissions (may it be mudlisting or new/updated code) immediately to speed up the approval process.
