Today, the Aquamancers and Geomancers of Lusternia were plagued by invisible parasites that infected their minds. When they discovered a cure, they realized that, as a side effect,  their mental powers were enhanced.

Thus, the magi have developed a new skill set called (18 individual skills), which branches into two specializations from which the mage may choose:

(1) (18 individual skills) with powers to manipulate the thoughts of others, as well as join other telepaths in a mindnet.

(2) (16 individual skills) with mental powers to animate daggers, create force fields, or afflict terrible wounds on the body with a single thought.

What about "Criminal Investigator"?  I think that would make a sweet addition to the psionic cast.  You are also missing the "Pet Psychic" specialization, but I'll forgive you for that one.

I have no idea what a "Pet Psychic" is, but it sounds rather odd...

The psionics skills are really quite fun, though right now there is a great deal of testing going on as all the players figure out strategies to use them, and defend against them.

Imagine being able to stare at someone and make their heart explode... muhahaha... bwahaha... ha.

Lusternia is really lacking in the "weird people" department skills-wise. They need a seal-clubber, from the frigid northlands.
