Well i wouldn't pay a dime for a service without any warranties. If we didn't pay for the service - fine... but when you pay for something, it should come with warranties, no?

The exerpt you've quoted from our terms and conditions is meant to protect us legally (from being sued) in the event of something beyond our control happening, such as a hard disk failure. In a legal sense, the service doesn't come with a warranty. This is typical in all of the ISP and web hosting terms and conditions that I've read (including other MUD hosting providers, such as BetterBox).
