Klauthan Vale! New Zone added: Toril
 

Just wanted to let you know there is a news update for Toril Mud. I think the second major new zone added within the past month or so. I havn't found it yet but am looking now!

11/02/08 [Callarduran] Old Snarl's lair discovered
- An old dragon's lair has finally been discovered. In related news, kobolds are jerks.

Ok so .. maybe a few hrs later we finally found the Dragon's Lair. Apparently he chose a cave to inhabit near a horde of kobolds! (interesting) They were moderately difficult but not terribly tough. We did have some good players with us however so that makes a difference as well .. definately some close calls. The Dragon himself was pretty tough! Thing had a TON of hitpoints. I guess that should be expected from the "oldest dragon in existance that hasn't draco-liched". Getting wingslapped + clawed in the same round by a dragon of this stature leaves one mashing "flee north" and crossing fingers!

Anyway, this is by no means comprehensive but I took a few screen caps and hosted it on my server here at work! I was too panic'ed during the dragon fight to get one but there are a few just outside his lair.

Oh yeah I won some nifty dragonscale leggings that nobody has yet! CHEER :)
