Heya, call me Cush. I've been playing muds for years I played several muds growing up and my favorite had to be Dungeons and Dragons there was a fight between the Imms and a split they made a new mud called legends and lore play that for a while then they shut it down now I'm trying to find a new one.

Hi, Cush. Welcome. There are a lot of good MUDs to try out. My personal favourite is Imperian. Lots of roleplay and player verses player there and lots of intricate quests. Bedlam is very good too.

Heavy Roleplay: Threshold, Shattered Kingdoms, Atonement, Accursed Lands
PK and Excellent Player Control: God Wars II
All around Fun: Materia Magica, Aardwolf, and game from IRE.
Best Quests and Unique World: 4dimensions
