At times, I would really enjoy a good IRC server... A place where I could discuss things ranging from computers to music. Does anyone know an actually *good* irc server?
I have joined MILLIONS and either see them completely empty or COMPLETELY inactive..
Also, why would someone log into an irc server just to sit there all day?
