When I had MonstaMUD hosted on my old server we used to have what we called a "Celebrity HUNT!". We would have people vote on a celebrity every week and then we would have that celebrity on the mud so that people could hunt them down, there would be clues and things like that and lots of prizes, so its an excellent way to get a boost in the mud and make some friends on the MUD!!
