Hello,

I've single-handedly been coding a mud for about 18 months now, I've built it ground up from comm.c/interp.c and merc.h from the Mythran build. Least to say there's not much left of the original codebase.

The environment and atmosphere I am going for is serious and dark, the theme of the mud is medieval by nature, a land where seals seperating the worlds have ruptured and good vs. evil lies as the ever-present main thesis. Mortals combat amongst themselves ( PK ), demons rampant try to destroy every achievement or bit of progress, and angels selectively try to aid those in need. There will also be a fourth Non-PK faction with which the other factions will need to interact in order to flourish fully.

I'm at the stage where the base mechanics are satisfactorily finished. There is a rigorous 32-step SIHC algorithm for mobile AI that's about to be connected, items can even gain exp/levels and such through an intense junction code that allows players to combine items with others - every feature you can think of is pretty much implemented.

Without good builders with which to immerse the players into the game however, all this is a loss!

I've built a special zone editing tool that works great with SaevenX - and I'm rather apt at responding to requests for features. I'm willing to make 2-3 builders happy at this point, hoping to find some to make me happy too hehe! Saeven.net is fully hosted on fastforwardnetworks on a VERY fast machine on a VERY big pipe. This is the last step.
