WinTin++ now combines Putty and TinTin++, making the Windows port even cooler than it already was.
For Mac OS X a universal binary is available and the client compiles on pretty much every *nix platform.
Some of the latest additions have been xterm 256 color support, IPv6 support, and custom readline input editing support to increase portability.
