MultiUser RolePlay Entertainment (MURPE) has been involved with the gaming community since December 1997. Our hosting services are running on a state of the art SuperMicro Dual P4 Xeon server with 115 GB of SCSI-LVD drives and 16 GB of ECC registered ram -- available 24x7x365. Combined with a redundant OC-3 backbone (UUNet & Bellsouth), a bonded giganet connection (speeds in excess of a T-3 line), 24/7 APC UPS backup and a on-site diesel generator -- downtime is a thing of the past!
We have setup four primary hosting packages to choose from:
Sponsorship Package: For those that are a bit strapped for cash but have an active player base, we have created a unique 'sponsorship' package. This account package offers a win-win situation for those down on their luck -- seeking to help their hoster (aka us) with advertising and sales orders through creative marketing and keep their game (and player base) active by hosting it on a 'renewable' membership service.

Basic Package: The basic game hosting package is for those game administrators looking at getting into the field of
game development. This type of account is great for basic developmental means or for limited game engines that don't require alot of disk or memory space to run.
Basic Package Specs: 32 MB Ram, 250 MB Space, 2 TCP Ports, 1 MySQL DB
Basic Package Fee: $5/Month or $50/Year
Premier Package: Looking for additional space and/or ram? The Premier Game Hosting Package is specially geared for those game administrators looking to run their own game and perhaps even a builder port as well. This package is great for most administrators as it allows them the freedom to do some serious game hosting as well as develop on the side.
Premier Package Specs: 64 MB Ram, 500 MB Space, 5 TCP Ports, 3 MySQL DBs
Premier Package Fee: $10/Month or $100/Year
Ultimate Package: The ULTIMATE game package is for the serious game (or games) site. This package is geared
specifically to those looking at having alot of virtual areas inside their game as well as a very large player and/or
developer base. With 1 GB of disk space to use, 128 MB of Ram and 10 TCP listening ports, this account is great for those looking to run several games all from one account!
Ultimate Package Specs: 128 MB Ram, 1 GB Space, 10 TCP Ports, 5 MySQL DBs
Ultimate Package Fee: $20/Month or $200/Year
All standard program accounts are given a quota-driven HD space, Virtual Ram, TCP Listening ports, access to Apache 2.x, MySQL Database, PHP 4, POP3/Webmail, Perl and unlimited Telnet/SSH2/SFTP/FTP usage. All game types are accepted: MUDs, MOOs, Talkers, LP's, Diku's, Merc's, Rom's... you name it! Linux-supported graphical games are always welcome! There is no limit to the number of games you can run from your account! There is never a setup fee... EVER!
