Looking for a PK mud focused on entirely player killing? I would suggest you give Act of War - Return to Urth a try.
Maps are so easy to get around in, though it's not entirely newbie friendly. I mean you get the occasional assholes like any other MUD. Leveling is so easy and fast. Let's just say, it would take a minimum half an hour to level up and remort your character. EQing is simple and probably a minimum of 1 hour if you go with the right person.

The classes are very balanced and PK is based on pure SKILL. The only downside of this great MUD is that it hasn't really been advertised that much so the pbase varies. About 10 years ago this mud used to have over 100 players online at the same time since Admins kepted changing and other circumstances, the pbase has dropped to about 5-15 on at any one time. Anyway try it out
