I am not flaming, but I have a suggestion.

If you are in need of a head builder and 2-3 other builders (as your post in another thread indicates), wouldn't that imply that maybe now is not the best time to be advertising for players?

Anyone who comes and plays your game under such conditions will likely be turned off, and then never try it again. Whereas if you waited to advertise for players when you had things more stable, you might actually get and keep people.
