It is a very sad day when someone leaves us to death and even more sad when the cause is war. A very dear friend and long time player of New Worlds Ateraan from Wales was killed in the line of duty in the Afgan war a few weeks ago. He was a full time player and Guild Master up until he was fully deployed in July of this year and had to break away from the game.

NWA is holding an OOC Funeral in honor of this player, coinciding with the Wales funeral on Saturday, October 17th, 2009, near midnight, as many players will not be able to attend in Wales. The characters he played was Tharian and recently Rothar. If you knew this fun, quirky player, you will understand the loss.
