The Turning Point MUD (tp.org 9999) is a roleplay-intense, fantasy environment.

While each of the organizations is always in search of new members, the Empire, those that protect the good lands of Elysia, is heavily recruiting and looking for a few good soldiers.

Those joining the Empire will have a whirl of a time fighting criminals, dealing with politics between cities and within the government itself. The struggles are constant, in the fast-paced environment of the Empire. Hopefully, for those that like that sort of thing, the fun and enjoyment are constant as well.

The Empire seeks all kinds of members, from soldiers to scribes, from healers to diplomats, there are many roles to fill, and there are a host of storylines (both big and small) currently running.

If being a government official or soldier doesn't suit you, The Turning Point MUD has a host of other roles that can be filled in an instant - be whatever you want to be, from a serious, self-righteous follower of Tipheryce, God of Courage, to a relaxed, drunken sod who spends all his available gold in the taverns. Play a happy-go-lucky pixie that enjoys nothing more than frolicking in the Emerald Forest, or a hardened, dastardly dark elf bent on destroying the Light.

We hope the Turning Point can offer all of that and much more, to those interested in roleplaying in a fun and challenging world.

New areas, new code and new storylines are always on the go, and improvements are being made daily to keep people intrigued, interested and on their toes.
