I was hoping one of you could point me to some mudlibs that have Mysql support. We just added Mysql support to our Rapture engine and I want to see how it compares to the functionality of existing interfaces. Thanks!

If you want to spend the time setting them up, give a look at LDMud - It has MySQL support. Remember to get a mudlib though to test it out. MudOS has it as well, though I heard that it wasn't very good support and saw on Mud-DEV that using the handler from DiscWorld mudlib worked better than the inbuilt MudOS functions.

Brian Lindahl, development director for The Cathyle Project is currently in the process of putting the finishing touches on MUDDB - a from scratch database system designed specifically for MUDs. We eventually plan to release MUDDB as a seperate module sometime after TCP enters beta, but if you're interested in trying it out or taking a look you can email
