Is anyone else interested in an Administrators Forum?

There are many administrative topics that do not fall under advanced mud concepts, building, coding, and newbie. For example, part of administration is management. How do you manage your resources, players, and immortals? I ask stuff like this of other immortals on muds a lot. Also, people are curious about other administrators opinions on issues that are not new or advanced. I think the general description would be something like "Discuss issues related to running a MUD and mud concepts do not fall under the advanced category."

I agree that an administrators forum would be a good idea - it would help take away a lot of the stuff which otherwise tends to fall into the general "Tavern" forum, and then vanishes among the spam.

I would be in favor of such a forum - as long as it was well moderated and kept clean from spam and irrelevant posts.

I'd certainly be interested in such a forum. I just hope we can try to keep it clean, sometimes I have a hard time willing myself through the other forums.

Definitely a Thumbs up idea!!!!
It would be a good resource for people who are just starting out as a mud administrator as well as the "pros" to get ideas on managing difficult staff and players. I have been an immortal (mainly builder) but have had many administrative duties involved with my status.

I would definitely frequent a forum set up for administrators. I do check the ones on TMC but find their board system slow to load and would love to see something of that nature here on TMS.

Sounds like an excellent idea to me.
Running a mud is lonesome work at times, it might help to share the problems with fellow Administrators.

I'd like to see one. I think administrator's issues are valid, and deserve a forum of their own rather than get lost in here, where anything goes.
