Online Gaming Resource is proud to announce that Minion (from Outremer) will be hosting a 2-day Seminar on OGR: "How To Best Handle Trouble Players".
Saturday, February 1, 6PM EST (5PM CDT/3pm PST): The first part of the seminar will tackle this issue from the staff perspective. The seminar will focus on practical ways to encourage positive behavior. Sunday, February 2, 6PM EST (5PM CDT/3pm PST): The second seminar will focus on what players can do and the options they have.
