| You have just stepped into a World of Darkness. Here werebeasts are more than tales for children and the undead haunt more than just your nightmares. It is the Lord's Year 1246 and strife is afoot in Iberia. Men squabble over the cities of Cordoba and Seville, and outright war is coming closer by the night. History is being written, and now you are part of it. You are part of a much different history however, a history unknown to all but the most eldritch mortals and ancient creatures of the night. The battles between the Christians and the Moors seem inconsequential when compared to the war the is fought in the darkness. The Brujah struggle in vain against the Lasombra for control of Cordoba, while the Assimites prepare to defend the streets of Seville against the combined forces of the High Clans. To complicate matters the werecreatures known as Garou are also staking their claim to the area, hoping to prevent the corruption of the vast Iberian wilderness. Also of concern is the Inquisition, which is now afoot in Cordoba and will no doubt soon spread to Seville. History is being written by the moment... Is the pen in your hand, or are you reading the book? The Twilight Reconquista is based in the Kingdom of Castile, the area that is currently Spain. The game system in use is WhiteWolf's Dark Ages, which is used with permission. We hope to bring you the closest experience to tabletop gaming possible via a text based game. This game contains no hard coded combat, no monster bashing, no find this/bring it there questing, only true to table top RP gaming. We currently have coded support for Dark Ages: Vampire, Dark Ages: Inquisitor and Dark Ages: Werewolf. |
