Superb Newly Built Apartment Close to Beach with Sea & Mountain View

The apartment is newly built and is approximately 15 minutes from Malaga airport. Ideally situated and within easy walking distance of beaches, restuarants cafes and bars as well as a bakery which is one of several new shops situated in the new commercial centre which sells freshly baked bread, cakes and savouries and there is a mini market close by. There is an excellent bus service within easy reach of the apartment which will take you to Malaga,Furengirola, Torremolinos, and the lovely Puierta Marina and Benalmadena Costa which you can also walk into within 15/20 minutes. There is also a taxi rank just by the apartment.

The well known Torrequebrada Golf Club where the Spanish Open has been played is also very close by. The apartment is entered from street level and has 2 bedrooms one of which opens onto the terrace, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, lounge/ diner and a large terrace with sea and mountain views. There is lovely swimming pool and paddling pool and a private garage space.

Location: Within a short walk of the apartment there are some lovely coved beaches,and a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. The towns and City of Malaga, Furengirola, Torremolinos and the Puerta Marina are easily reach within minutes by car or public transport as are Paloma Park, the famous Tivoli World theme park and the cable car which takes you right up the mountain, where you can look out onto the entire Costa del Sol and on a clear day North Africa, and where you can also enjoy a fantastic 'Bird of Prey' show. Benalmadena Costa can be easily reach on foot within 15/20 minutes or a couple of stops on the bus. Marbella and Puerta Banus are approximately 30 minutes away and the picturesque white washed village of Mijas a 20 minute car ride. There are some superb shopping Malls at Furengirola and La Canada just outside Marbella and with many designer shops at very competive prices. Seaworld at Puerta Marina is well worth a visit, as is Furengirola zoo, and waterparks close by.

The apartment has marble flooring but has carpeting and rugs throughout. Outside there is a large terrace with a patio set with six chairs, sun beds and BBQ There is parking outside and a private garage space. Golf & Ski-ing: The apartment is within a short car ride away from the Torrequebrada Golf Club and the course is within walking distance. It is one of the best in the Costa del Sol and where the Spanish open has been played as well as many other top tournaments. The course has glorious views and in part overlooks the sea. The Clubhouse is open to non residents and serves light lunches, snacks, coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The Sierra Nevada Mountains are approximately a two/two half hour journey away and within a couple of hours you could be enjoying skiing, snow boarding or having a ride in a Huski sleigh. The Cable car takes you up to the top of the mountains where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch or drink and still be back in time to sample the last rays of the sun in the Costa del Sol.
