PioneerMUSH - 1800s Australia
Northern Australia, the mid-nineteenth century. A wild land, filled with both promise and hardship for settlers from across the sea. Exhausted by the elements, a group of pioneers have founded a town by the dint of it being the most hospitable spot they could find in a hostile landscape. Settlers come and settlers go, but the tiny settlement of Black Stump remains, kept alive by the brave souls determined to carve a life out of the Bush, in a world of harsh beauty and frequent cruelty, a world of eerie Aboriginal tales, a world that they only barely understand...
PioneerMUSH is a new semi-historical game set in the frontier lands of Australia in the mid 1800s - think 'Wild West Down Under' with a healthy dose of Aboriginal mythology. Characters begin play as new settlers to the area, driven there by unemployment, criminal records, idealism or discrimination, who aim to tame the wild land and form not only a town, but a society in an emerging nation. The game features a unique theme with an extensive wiki, a player-led building system, a simple combat system, modified FS3 skills and a relatively painless CG. All commands and systems (including CG) are well documented and designed to work without staff oversight, the abstract systems are optional in use, and are designed to support RP rather than replace it. We look forward to seeing you there! pioneermush.com port 4321 (208.43.220.232) |

Re: PioneerMUSH - 1800s Australia
FS3 is a skills/dice rolling system specifically designed for MUSHes - more info can be found at
And CG is Character Generation. My bad, I should have spelt it out |
