I wanted to know which section of the forum I could take my complaints on the documentation of function handling in codebases. I was hoping to get some feedback that might help. Do I post something of this nature here or in the coders forum?

Sounds like it belongs in the Coder's Forum. Make sure to read any guidelines posted in the forums to make sure your question doesn't belong to another area. Your question, to me, belongs in the Coder's Forum.
