Questions Regarding Resource Rankings
I had a few questions regarding the MUD-Resources rankings so I just thought I'd inquire.
1. Why are there a few games on this list? I can understand if some were platforms for a code development intended for release and hence the game was being run as a testbed and suggested input method. But games which seem to be just run-of-the-mill? 2. What's the method used to rank them considering most receive no votes? If most are tied at zero, what determines how one is ranked #3 another #23? 3. Is there really enough, if any at all, traffic coming in from them to warrant ranking them at all? Wouldn't it be more useful to prune this list so it includes resource sites only and, a) eliminate rankings at least based on traffic or b) separate them from the same listing format as games so that they could be ranked independently by users much like games are?
