| Welcome to Planets: Galactic Crusades. In this futuristic mud the galaxy is in the middle of an inter-stellar war of great proportions. As the alien threat gains strength and entire planets are wiped out, humanity still fights amongst itself. Entire governments and nations rise up and fall just as quickly, borders change everyday as massive fleets fight for control of vital systems. All the while the alien fleets mass at their home planet, Faralia, waiting to strike at Earth. There are no levels in Galactic Crusades, just professions, choose to be a pilot or engineer and fight in massive space battles with your peers. Be a soldier, knight, or assassin and fight pitched land battles against alien shock troopers or other factions. You start out with a set of skills based on which profession you choose, and once you start to adept those skills you can learn more from other people. This mud allows a variety of options for the common player, you can build your own faction and try to siege Earth or perhaps just carve out your own little empire. You can focus on trading and become one of the galaxy's elite or save up for a good ship and bounty hunt aliens with friends. Come to Galactic Crusades and join the inter-stellar tide for power. |
