Tucked high atop the dusty, abandoned shelves of the Eye's Abode on Val Shohob sits a forgotten scroll bound with a crimson ribbon.

Unraveled, the document is etched with the delicate scribblings of the late Eye Balthazar, who dwelled alone on the Mystic homeworld for centuries under the protection of the Il'Ri'Kamm Hive Mind while the universe believed that Val Shohob had been obliterated in a supernova.

The document reads as follows:

After old powers fall and the pebble breaks the Hand,

more lost return from the silent land.

Some sharpen fang and claw. Some ride the night wind. Shadows march as they trod.
