Ok, AIME is/was a project to make a C++ codebase under the GPL. I absolutely adored the conception, but apparently the main forces behind that effort have gone the server-for-hire route, and that is all well and good, but there is a certain communal quality that I have come to love in the mud community, and a good, well publicised mud using this codebase would go a long way towards revitalizing the efforts on Sourceforge towards its completion and in general give those of us who like free muds and lots of sharing of code and cooperation, and less code stealing and hoarding for profit.
