This is a Clan Wars based mud, where through extensive questing can one
change and enhance their character. There are many choices of Clans within
the Realms of the The Mage's Lair, all surrounding the player's individual
taste and preference, from Non-Killing Clans, to Player Killing Clans.
Players have the choice of many different races and cla
sses to choose to play
as, allowing many different ways to play. Races from the very persistance
human race, to the powerful Vampires, walkers of the night. Many powerful
classes are also available to be chosen, from the Mage, Masters of Magic, to
the quick and stealthy Thieves.

The Mage's Lair, known to those who have joined as TML, has been operational
for around 10 years. The Codebase that The Mage's Lair uses is based off of a
codebase known as the Vile Intent Codebase which was itself based off the
released Sacred Codebase (www. Tmlogs. Com/sacred. Php). Many inhabitants
of The Mage's Lair are longtime players, and are always happy to welcome and
assist fresh players in the realm.

A new feature is the Forger System for clans. Enemy clans fight powerful
battles in order to stop their opponents from taking the upgradable
advantages that the Forger has under his control. The Forger upgrades
equipment with various boosts to stats The option for powerful clan specific
is also available for the many clans in existence.
