Yeah, annoying, especially as security of our forums is not something we're supposed to have to worry about. A third party hosts them and maintains them server-side.

There are regular backups kept in any case, so nothing lost, but still, annoying.

Or this could be the beginnings of the end for Turkey as we know it. Perhaps these guys are really extremists, hell-bent on dark doings. Not world domination, genocide or anything so cliche.... No their mission is far, far more sinister.

To finally rename the nation of Turkey as: CHICKEN

I know of at least one other MUD (not one of ours) whose forums got whacked by the same guys. Now, your theory that their plan is to rename Turkey as 'chicken' is a good one, but I think that the fact that they're attacking mud forums should tell us something. They don't just want to be called 'Chicken'. They're aiming straight for 'Mudhen.'
