Imaginary Realities volume 7, issue 2 released
Imaginary Realities is a journal for articles about text-based gaming. You can download it in PDF or EPUB, if you want to read it offline, rather than reading on the web site.
This issue, we've our first roguelike related article. Enjoy! |

Re: Imaginary Realities volume 7, issue 2 released
Good morning.
Thanks for the great job Posting, though, to inform that the pdf link for the new volume is broken, leading to a 404 page. I guess this time I give you all the clues Thank you, again, for the surprise. |

Ah, I just tested the first download link and assumed it'd work! Fixed. Thanks for letting me know.

Re: Imaginary Realities volume 7, issue 2 released
Great articles! On the article about bartering, I have noticed in the MUD I play that bartering tends to work about half of the time. Sometimes a player is willing to go get a desired item in order to complete the trade. If not, negotiations can break down quickly. If nothing else, bartering does open another avenue of player interaction and commerce beyond just gold or player-bought credits.
